ELO LLC is an SDVOSB/VOSB, we are uniquely positioned to compete on federal, state, and local bids. We are also centrally located in Maryland's state capital, Annapolis. This puts us 45 minutes from Washington, D.C., and within an hour's drive of nearly a dozen military installations.

Our management team has a combined two decades of diverse experience. From nuclear engineering, program & project management, operations/logistics management, & commercial finance. We are a one-stop shop with the skills needed to keep overhead low and quality high.
